Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Estimated delivery times range from 10 to 30 business days, depending on your location.
Please note: These times are estimated, and some regions may experience longer delivery due to customs clearance or other delays.
2. Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress. For orders with multiple items, please note that items may arrive in separate parcels.
3. Delivery Locations
We ship to a wide range of countries, including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and many countries across Europe and Asia.

4. Delivery Cost
We offer free tracked delivery to select countries, including the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and several European countries. For other locations, a nominal shipping fee may apply. Any shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
5. Import Duties & Taxes
Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. If a customs fee is incurred, contact us at info@nomoretype.com and we’ll do our best to assist.
6. Multiple Parcels
Your order may arrive in multiple parcels due to varying warehouse locations or customs regulations. We will strive to combine items into a single parcel whenever possible; however, some items may be shipped separately.
7. Failed Delivery
Please ensure the accuracy of the shipping address provided. If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or if no one is available to accept the delivery, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery. We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
8. Lost, Held, Returned, or Stolen Parcels
If your parcel is lost, held, returned, or reported stolen, please notify us within 14 days of the delivery date. We will work with our shipping partners to assist with the investigation. Refunds or replacements may be available based on the outcome of our investigation.
9. Delayed Parcels
In some cases, parcels may experience delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs clearance or logistical issues. Our delivery window for delayed parcels ranges from 45 to 110 days, depending on the region. If your order is delayed beyond this timeframe, please contact us at info@nomoretype.com for assistance.
10. Missing Parcels
If you receive a delivery confirmation but have not received your parcel, please consider the following:
- Wait a few business days as the parcel may arrive within the next few days.
- Check with your local post office or look for a delivery note.
- Contact us at info@nomoretype.com if you are still unable to locate your parcel.
11. Special Occasions
Please place orders well in advance for special occasions, as we cannot guarantee delivery by specific dates due to possible delays. If you need to return an item, please contact us within 15 days of receiving the parcel. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
12. Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or being unclaimed, please contact us within 90 days of your order date at info@nomoretype.com. Reshipments will incur handling and reshipment fees. Refunds may not be provided if we do not receive the parcel back.
