Refund policy

At NoMoreType, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our refund and return policy carefully to understand the process and eligibility for returns.

1. Eligibility for Returns / Cancellations:

  • Items may be eligible for return within 15 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Cancellations are accepted if requested before order processing. Once your order is processed by our warehouse, we cannot cancel it.
  • For any item that arrives damaged, please report the issue within 3 days of receipt by providing photos or videos showing the damage.

2. Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@nomoretype.com with the following details:

  • Order number, item(s) you would like to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Package the item securely in its original packaging.
  • Send the item to the return address provided by our customer service team. Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will process the refund or exchange.

Once the returned item is received and verified, we will process the refund or arrange for an exchange based on the eligibility. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund for all non-defective returns.


3. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as incorrect items sent or items arriving damaged).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during return transit.

4. Refund Process:

  • Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify they are in original condition, we will process the refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Please note that once your returned items have been verified and are eligible for the refund, it may take 10-15 days to process your refund.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • A 10% restocking fee will apply to all returned items that are not defective.

5. Exchange Policy

We understand that finding the right fit is important, especially for certain items. Therefore, we offer a one-time exchange on select products under the following conditions:

  • Eligible Products: Exchanges are available only on selected items, such as footwear (due to sizing concerns). All other products on our store are currently non-exchangeable.
  • One-Time Exchange Per Order: Each order is eligible for one exchange only. Additional exchanges or returns after the first exchange will not be accepted.
  • No Additional Fees: The exchange process for eligible items is free of charge. We do not charge additional shipping or restocking fees for exchanges.

To initiate an exchange, please contact us at info@nomoretype.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange. Our customer service team will guide you through the next steps.


6. Orders Delayed or Not Received:

If your order is delayed or marked as delivered but not received:

  • Delayed Orders: If an order lacks tracking updates or is still in transit after 45-110 days (depending on your region), please contact us, and we will initiate an investigation.
  • Not Received: If tracking shows the order as delivered but you did not receive it, please provide a non-delivery certificate from your local post office.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged, please send us a photo or video proof within 3 days of receipt, and we’ll arrange for a replacement or a full/partial refund.
  • Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us with photos of the item received, and we will send the correct item or issue a refund.

8. Order Cancellations:

  • Orders can only be canceled before they are processed in our warehouse. Once processing begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
  • Personalized or custom orders cannot be canceled after purchase.

9. Unacceptable Disputes:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds in the following situations:

  • Orders with incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
  • Custom or personalized items after production.
